Area Manager: Emerson Process Management

Area Manager will be responsible for all day to day business operations for Denver IVS location including financials, customer relationship and growth of the site. Specific responsibilities include:

· Supervision of shop personnel – training, performance management, and work schedules for IVS Branch facility

· Maintain positive employee environment thru planned communication and recognition programs

· Drive lean process improvements and support QESH programs

· Procurement of shop supplies/tooling and development of capital appropriation requests

· Machine, vehicle and facility maintenance program management

· Maintain positive relationships with sales channels and other Emerson operations

Experience in process control industry; Management of personnel and financials.
