If you have a solid EMS/CEM background and are looking to have your employment stand for something other than just collecting a paycheck - you've come to the right place. We are currently recruiting and accepting resumes for a Manager of Account Management/Program Management that has the ability to step into a Director level role within 18-24 months. This position will require relocation to the Northeast and will provide you with a unique opportunity to work for a very well managed electronics manufacturer known for their excellent service to customers, pride of ownership and camaraderie throughout the company, and with a company that is experience solid growth.

We have multiple positions open that range from Program Management/Key Account Management to a Senior Management of Account/Program Management. In these positions you'll either work managing a handful of key accounts, or as the Manager over the group, you'll lead a team of solid Account/Program Managers while providing mentorship and simultaneously leading by example. These opportunities are open due to new business wins and they will both offer a long term and stable career path. If you're looking to join a fast paced electronics company, have worked in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry and have lead teams of Account/Program Managers, or are a Sr. Program Manager and have strong customer management experience, we'd like you to send your resume for immediate & confidential consideration.

SKILLS NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • BA/BS degree is mandatory
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing - 3+ years working for any sized EMS/CEM provider is mandatory
  • 3+ years of hands on management of account/program managers needed for the Management role.
  • Proven strengths and accomplishments in direct customer management experience.
  • Prior key account management experience with medium to high volume SMT/PCBA electronics manufacturing.
  • Direct experience and working knowledge of materials flow, inventory control, cost analysis, and P&L experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent customer presentation and interfacing skills.
  • Currently living & working or have the immediate ability to relocate to upstate New York (candidate relocation will be provided by employer).
  • Compensation includes base salary, bonus potential, and possibility of equity.
