Early completion was made possible for Operation Noble Eagle after Sep 11th, without any problems. 2000 - 2001, USNS Stalwart (T-AGOS 1) - Norfolk, VA Communications Manager / Surface Warfare Specialist * Had overall accountability for the operation and maintenance of the ship's entire radio telecommunications and computer network. * As COMSEC custodian, was 100% accountable for all of the ship's Top Secret cryptographic equipment and messages along with all of the ADP security.
