MANAGER – Director of Operations for Metro Networks/Spokane, Shipping manager for Alternative Systems, Help Desk Manager, Military Security Police Dispatcher, Roller Skating Rink Manager, Security Police Automated Systems Manager, RMA Coordinator/Manager, Security Police Technician/Supervisor, Computer Department Manager for Acme TV & Computers. Managed two G&B Retirement home network systems and volunteer personnel.

SUPERVISOR – DO of Metro Spokane, Help Desk Supervisor for Entex Information Services; Area Supervisor for United States Air Force, supervised over 20 personnel securing government resources valued into the billions; Security Police Dispatcher, responsible for dispatching over 100 personnel into security breeches and maintaining control over various Military Installations (Fairchild WA/Taegu Korea/FE Warren WY/Hahn AB Germany and more). Trained personnel on use of computer systems within retirement homes and set up system of volunteer supervisors so they could run the computer room with little or no supervision.

COMPUTER TECHNICIAN - Installed over 40 computer networks, most still in use today to include a home system. Use of many program such as Champion, Peachtree, Quick Books, Lotus, dBase, Linux, Novell and all Microsoft OS and networking, including install & trouble shooting. Use of various Microsoft Suites, including Office versions from 4.0 to XP with installed components (Word/Excel/Photo Editor/Publisher/Calendar/Scheduler/Publisher/Outlook/Access etc). Qualified to repair over 100 complete products for HP, Compaq, IBM and Citizen. Knowledgeable of their internal components thereby certified on over 15K (15000) different components. Also hardware and software (break/fix) competent.

TELEPHONY - Install telephone systems and general wiring. Trouble shoot problems within line, test and repair runs. Install of CAT III and V cabling as well as 58 through 60 wiring . Use of Fox and Hound (wire tracer), punch down blocks and tools, butt-set, tracing and routing tools and general testing equipment, wiring and installation tools.

GENERAL OFFICE SKILLS - Mathematical, General 10 Key, Keyboarding, Telephone system operation, A/R and A/P Operations, Appointment scheduling, Database management and update, creation of basic operational programs for things such as automated document input (Excel) and Return Material both incoming and outgoing (dBase and Access). Record keeping and filing, updating. Time management. Video Editing and recovery. General Graphics programs: Adobe, Print Shop, Paint Shop, Paint, etc

PROGRAMMING - Created a Law Enforcement program for dispatching of a variety of situations primarily in batch programming, that was accepted and implemented with the Strategic Air Command by at least 6 military agencies. Maintained a popular computer bulletin board system (Spokane Hints) for over 12 years within the Eastern Washington Region that was programmed in C++. Installed upgrades and minor modifications within the coding. General basic and basica knowledge.

MANUALS - Created general manuals for training personnel on the use of a variety of programs that were installed in the G&B systems, such as Hotmail, Word, Outlook, Excel. Developed Shockwave operation for package shipping, to include both shipping and receiving portion.

QUALITY CONTROL - Verification of completed computers for shipping, also responsible for proofing general typing, spread sheets, hardware, software, and a variety of other processes I was responsible for. Testing of personnel on their knowledge after training them, general teach and verify program.

PERSONNEL - Responsible for training, upgrading, verification of education, dealing with their personal problems, counseling and evaluations. Appointment setting and testing of their general knowledge.

SOME EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

March 03 to Current: Manager for Metronetworks, a WestwoodOne company. Responsible for scheduling personnel for shift work and managing a complete office with a general budget of 175K a year, bringing in over 400K a year for my company

Jan 02 to Current: Began, own and operate a personal computer repair business called Mobile PC Services, licensed and insured in Washington and Idaho States. Current holder of trademarks in both states for logo as well as slogan. Work is done on a part time basis along with above listed position. Current gross income of company is about 18K a year.
Jan 97 to Jul 02: Continued in the computer field and trained in various functions of networking, as well as specialty computers. Implemented basic policies for software checkout as well as training requirements for the Help Desk. Trained and assisted personnel on the help desk. Primary contact for technical support.
Mar 93 to Jan 97: Fulfilled duties as Computer Department Manager for Acme TV & Computer, a local retail store. Conducted numerous repairs on a variety of equipment. Main contact for local businesses. As purchaser, responsible for purchasing new and required equipment for the store, for sales.
Oct 75 to Jun 92: As a member of the United States Air Force, I was a dispatcher, a supervisor and a manager of personnel. My military record is available for review if required.
